Any Muslim,
- 18 years of age or older,
- who resides in the Bryan-College Station and surrounding areas,
- who agrees to abide by and respect the Bylaws of ICBCS,
- and pays annual membership dues 
may become a member.

Students enrolled at Texas A&M University who meet the membership requirements above are both MSA-TAMU and ICBCS members. 

Members who are not A&M students but meet membership requirements above are ICBCS members only.
